没有真正的开始

Hitting the books for three hours a day? Never nailed it – it's tough. Screens everywhere, totally killing my focus. And that early-to-bed, early-to-rise gig? Hasn't happened, not for the past decade. But I'm set on flipping the script. Gonna force myself up at the crack of dawn – 6 AM sharp. Even if I just cram for an hour, it's still leveling up.

每天学习英语三小时我一天也没有又做到，确实是很难的一件事情，因为现在的电子屏幕这么多，非常分散我的注意力，然后是早睡早起我也一件也没有做到，可以来说这是我近十年想做的事情，但是将近十年了，一件也没有坚持下来，强制早起才能让我早睡，明天早上我决定6点钟起床，哪怕学习一个小时的英语也是有进步的。
