This user registration and service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and us for the mobile game products and services provided.

1、 About service content
1.1 when the game provides network services, some network service users may be charged a certain fee. In this case, a clear prompt will be made on the relevant page. If you do not agree to pay such fees, you may not accept the relevant network services.
1.2 you should understand: we provide products and services for users by connecting to the Internet through server-side equipment. In addition, the equipment related to relevant network services (such as computers, modems and other devices related to Internet access) and the expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet charges paid for Internet access) shall be borne by users themselves.
1.3 you should use genuine software to receive network service, and the software cost shall be borne by you.
2、 Account registration
2.1 you need to register or log in to your account before using the alliance contract service. You undertake to register the alliance contract account in your true identity and accept our services with such account (hereinafter referred to as "your account"). You agree to use the true and accurate personal data provided by you as the only evidence to confirm your association with the game account and to confirm your identity.
2.2 if the personal registration information provided by you is inconsistent with the facts, or has been changed but not updated in time, or there is any suspicion of misleading, which leads to our inability to provide or further provide products and services for you, we will not be liable.
2.3 if you need to modify the personal identity information provided after you register as our user in your true identity, we will provide you with this service in a timely and effective manner. If you need to modify your ID card number, we can not provide you with this service because you are not registered as our user with your real identity. Please understand.
3、 Use and keeping of user account
3.1 this refers to the account and password you have successfully registered. Please understand that the account can not be changed after registration, and the password can be modified through our services.
3.2 according to the terms and conditions of online games, we have the right to review whether the identity information provided by you when you register is true and effective, and actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and effectiveness of your account number. You are obliged to keep your account number and password properly and use your account number and password correctly and safely. If any party fails to fulfill the above obligations, resulting in the loss of your account number password or the theft of your account number, which causes damage to the civil rights of you or others, it shall bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
3.3 you have the right and responsibility for the behavior of your account. Therefore, please make sure to use and keep your account properly. Once you find that your account number or password is illegally used, abnormal or lost by others, you should handle it according to the handling method announced by the account service provider, and have the right to inform us in time to take measures to suspend the login and use of your account. According to your notice, we have the right to take the following measures:
3.3.1 if the login and use of your account are suspended, we shall require you to provide and verify the personal valid identity information or certificate consistent with the registered identity information, and have the right to ask you to show your valid personal identity card.
3.3.2 once we verify that the valid personal identity information or certificates and certificates provided by you are consistent with the registered identity information, we shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of your account.
3.3.3 if we violate the agreement in 3.3.2 of the preceding paragraph and fail to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of your account, thus causing losses to you, we shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
3.3.4 if you do not provide the personal effective identity information or certificate, certificate, or the personal effective identity information or certificate provided by you is inconsistent with the registered identity information, we have the right to refuse the above request.
3.3.5 in order to protect its legitimate rights and interests, you provide us with a valid personal identity letter consistent with the registered identity information
