今天自习课，学习全凭自觉！

今日练习材料是四句话：

This is the VOASpecial English Health Report. Cardiopulmonaryresuscitation, or CPR, can save the life of someone whose heart has stopped. Thecondition is called cardiac arrest. The heart stops pumping blood，the person stops breathing.

在今天的练习中，我反复跟读原声并录音，尽量避免错误，在有些发音上，由于速度快而导致的发音不清晰，因此，我试图放慢速度，多次练习，并复习前面学的发音规则。没想到自己会进步的这么快！

半个月了，我还没有放弃！新的一月，新的开始！继续加油。
