时间：8-10分钟
1. To inspire the audience by appealing to noble motives and challenging the audience to achieve a higher level of beliefs or achievement.
2. Appeal to the audience's needs and emotions, using stories, anecdotes and quotes to add drama. 通过故事，奇闻轶事，引用别人的话，以吸引观众的兴趣，需求和情感共鸣。
3. Avoid using notes.避免使用笔记。
If three years ago, someone told me,” Ivy, live this moment!” (活在当下) I would be F（Gesture+面部表情）.“Come on, I am not an idiot. Who doesn’t know such a simple theory that even three-year-old kid know”
（故事转折）
I did not accept it. （手势+摇头）until one day, I participated a summer camp at a remote village in Beijing.There was a 2-hour panel in the afternoon,from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. (动作)Every individual took a small chair and sat in a circle, listened very carefully, tried to learn as much as possible from theirsharing. On the stage, three seniors(学姐) discussed how we shall schedule to live a meaningful life. Pretty inspiring and fit my situation, ha! But I was like this ( 演，焦躁，不说话，让大家聚焦在我的肢体动作上Act as being anxious)
（动作结束，几乎讲）Actually, I bought ticket of that night and planed to leave for Jinan at 9:30p.m. The last bus would pass this village around 6:15-6:40 p.m. I was worrying about what if I could not catch up the last bus？
（语气的变化）But watch showed it's just 5:00p.m. Obviously,e one more hour left!!!( 很无奈)
I was just worried, anxious? But I had no idea about the reason. Why? Why Ivy was so worried, as I still have much time left? Why Ivy you cannot enjoy such a wonderful lecture, just likeeveryone else did?
（故事转折）
I have no idea. Then a scene of movie Peaceful Warrior（平和战士）came to my mind. Has anyone ever watched it? There is a very impressive dialogue at the very ending. （模仿对话）
" Where are you? Here!"
"What time is it? Now!"
“Who are you? This moment!"
( 沉默3-5秒，身体和面部表情放松下来) I felt, I got my breath back, the worry was gone! (语调更加激昂)Marvelous! Awesome! What’s so powerful? I had no idea.（摊手）
（转折，但是）But I took out my phone. 5:20p.m.I began to count the time.（声音弱下来，自言自语）Last bus of today will pass this village around 6:15-6:40. From this lecture hall to my dormitory to pick up my luaggage, it might need 10 minutes at most.From my camp to that bus stop, 15minutes maximum. So assume that it will take me 25 minutes from here to the bus stop, I just need to set off around 5:50p.m. And just in case, let me depart at 5:40.
Well, see,I still have time. (放松，喜悦)Then, I used Timer to count down 20 minutes.（2秒停顿） And within the 20minutes, I focused on their sharing. I synced with the speaker’s talking. Very thought-provoking! (音调up) More importantly, every moment of these twenty minutes, I was happy every minutes, every second, （一字一顿，微笑，放松）without fear or anxiety. I never felt so relaxed and enjoyable like that moment.
(模拟声音)Bell’s ringing. “Time is up,Ivy. Let’s go! ” Some friends sent me to the bus stop. I successfully catched upthe train.
（Conclusion开始升华）
But this experience made me thinking. (三个问句，增强启示)
My dear toastmasters, do you feel angry once a while, especially when people disagree with you? I did, （场景模拟）are you sane? You are supposed to follow my plan.
Do you feel worried, especiallywhen the meeting is coming, and you haven’t got a clue how to deliver youprepared speech? I did, honestly, this afternoon.
Do you feel afraid, when youare gonna be late? I did.（场景模拟） In my mind, my teacher shouted ahead of all ofclassmates. Ivy, you are late. Go out RIGHT NOW!
Yes! Yes! Yes! I’ve experienced all of thesesituations. It was horrible, awful, torturing. (强调)But now I am 100% positive about I will never be back to thay situation, as I mastered a skill, a powerful skills, it’s called Live this moment. Just like this afternoon, 2:00p.m. I got up, well, leave myself 3hours at most to complete your script. Iwill count time, you will make it!
Live this moment, it’s right now, right here, this moment.
（呼吁行动）
How to live this moment? Live this moment, is simple to practice. Remember two things. 1.Focus on the solution. 2.No matter where you are, be there.
When you feel you are overwhelmed, calm down and think about your situation. Focus on the solutions. What could we do to solve this and help myself out? Or who I could ask help for?
If it couldn’t be solved, how about just being there, enjoy this moment. Isn't it beatuful？Like we get stucked in the traffic jam, as we staying at Jinan, a city famous for traffic jam?
So do you remember? 1.Focus on the solution. 2.No matter where you are, be there.
