UICollectionView 头部的固定

对于 UICollectionView 的使用，当我们遇到使用头部的时候，会发现头部会一直跟随下面的 cell一直移动的，然而当我们需要怎样固定呢？iOS 9之前，是需要通过改变 UICollectionViewFlowLayout 中的某些值来实现的。

经过NickLin的提醒，iOS 9之后直接用这两个属性，设为YES就OK啦。

然后我们就可以直接让UICollectionView 直接使用上述的UICollectionViewFlowLayout就可以达到效果啦。
