最近，随着疫情的发展，某些归国的外籍华人引发了一系列令人难以理解和认可的事情。之所以称为华人是因为他们不再具有中国国籍，出国不再使用中国的passport。正式加入某国是需要宣誓入籍的，背出这些庄严的语句不仅仅意味着国籍的改变，更是身上的责任发生了彻底的改变。接下来，我们来看看下面五个国家的宣誓词：
加拿大
I swear (or affirm) that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of Canada and fulfill my duties as a Canadian citizen.
我宣誓：我将忠实地效忠加拿大女王伊丽莎白二世陛下、她的后嗣和继任者;我将切实遵守加拿大的法律，履行作为加拿大公民的责任。
注释：
1.swear：诅咒，发誓，肯定地说（此时与affirm相同）。swear an oath，发誓。
2.bear allegiance to：对...效忠。bear allegiance to another country，对另一个国家效忠。
3.Her Majesty：女王。在这里指的是伊丽莎白二世（我们现在在媒体上看到的那位英国女王。）当你见到女王表示尊敬的时候，要说“Your Majesty”。
4.Her Heirs and Successors：嗣子及继承者。
5. observe：观察，遵守。Will the rebels observe the ceasefire? 叛乱者会遵守停火协议吗？
加拿大的入籍誓词主要是宣明对于英国王室忠心，履行加拿大公民的责任。
澳大利亚
From this time forward, under God, I pledge my loyalty to Australia and its people, whose democratic beliefs I share, whose rights and liberties I respect, and whose laws I will uphold and obey.
从即时起，我宣誓忠于澳大利亚和它的人民，我认同他们的民主信念，尊重他们的权利和自由，支持和遵守他们的法律。
注释：
1.forward：未来的，向未来。与from this moment on相同。
2.pledge：正式承诺，保证。sign/take the pledge，做出承诺。
3.uphold：支持，维护。uphold the law，遵守法律。share the belief, repsect the rights and liberties, obey the laws 都是不错的可以用来做排比的句子。
澳大利亚的宣誓词其实也比较“中规中矩”，要求国民遵纪守法，拥护民主和自由。
新西兰

2.fulfil my duties：履行责任。
新西兰的入籍誓词也很类似加拿大的，因为新西兰也是英联邦成员国。英联邦是英国对联邦其他成员国在政治、军事、财政经济和文化上施加影响的组织。由英国和已经独立的前英帝国殖民地国家或附属国组成。
英国

作为曾经英联邦成员国的宗主国，英国的入籍誓词的表达更加庄重，从法律、责任和义务到对于王室的效忠都做出了要求。
美国
I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.

2.renounce：声明放弃，宣布与...决裂。abjure：公开保证放弃。这两个词叠用，强烈表达正式表明“放弃”之意。
3.foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty：外国王子、当权者、国家或君主
4.heretofore：在这之前。But, as no love shall heretofore be wasted. 不过，对他而言，上一辈的爱不会被遗忘。
至此，很完整的要求该申请人放弃并且割裂与曾经国籍的一切“关系”。
5.Constitution，一般出现就指的是美国宪法。
6.bear arms：持有武器。I have a constitutional right to bear arms. 宪法上我可是有露出臂膀的权力的。
7.without any mental reservation：毫无保留地。you can't be doubting that I have mental reservation? 您不会是在怀疑我有所隐瞒吧？
8.evasion：逃避。We want straight answers. No evasions .我们要的是正面回答，不是托词。
可见，入籍美国，就意味着放弃了一切对于原国家和人民的责任和曾记的权利。不仅如此，还有对美国的全面忠诚，根据这份入籍誓言，必要的时候，甚至要对自己的motherland反目。这份誓言最长、最为具体、限定责任和义务，反映了美国移民国家的特点。
