今天上午很荣幸能够参加Geil教授的讲座，给我们提供了许多思路和建议。
中间这位就是Geil教授，很像比尔盖茨呢
讲座的主题是culture innovation，由于记笔记的纸被我搞丢了，所以只能尽量回忆关键词了，明天我再去办公室找找。

当然令我印象最深的是演讲后的提问，我说谈到文化创新，创新的路很难走，也不止有一种可能性，怎样去面对困难？教授给我说了两个故事：
“When I was young, I join the football team. One day I played with my team and got back to home with my clean shirt. My dad saw it and asked me: “You really played football? With your shirt clean?” That impressed me a lot. I can feel that my dad was angry cause I couldn’t even play hard.”
“Of all the presidents of United States in history, there is one person I appreciate much - Abraham Lincoln. Before he was elected as the president he was nothing. He tried every jobs, but he never give up.”
教授的回答包括两点：
1、attitude
创新之路虽然难走，但其实我们大多数人都没有用尽自己的全力，所以轻易被困难打倒。遇到困难不是一件坏事，你可以从中学到很多，总结经验，然后不断尝试，肯定会成功的。
2、keep learning
这一点在教授身上很好的得到了体现。他1988年来到中国进行交流访问，已经教书教了35年，获得了博士学位，但我依然能从他身上看到继续学习的身影。他不断在思考，不断在学习。我在他身上看到了更多学术的方面而不是成就。
最后我想用教授送给我们的一句话作为结尾,和大家共勉：
Keep learning and great things will happen.
