    Silence

    The soul usually knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.

    我们的心灵通常知道如何自愈,难的是让纷杂起伏的思绪平静下来。

    Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there- Buried under the 50000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.

    冥想不是要压制和平复思绪,而是透过一个普通人每天5万多个起伏的念头,寻找到一直在那里却被喧嚣掩盖的平静。

    Feelings come and go like clouds in the windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.

    纷繁思绪正如浮云随风聚散,吐纳数息始得降服心猿意马。
