何为成？
What is maturity?

好者仍好，不可不有。
Like things still like, but can not have.

仍恐惧者，而可以对。
What is afraid is still afraid, but it can be faced.

友曰：“长都是被逼之，常有事于逼汝前。”。”
My friend said, "growing up is forced. There is always something pushing you forward."

非以爱之物不好。是以长使我知释。
It's not that I don't like things anymore. Because growth lets us know how to let go.

非为畏者不惧矣，是以长使我更强。
It's not because the things we fear are no longer afraid, it's because growth makes us strong.

人多于问，何者为熟。非老矣，则熟矣。亦非年少，即是幼稚。
Many people are asking, what is maturity. It's not because you're older that you're mature. It's not because of age, it's just childish.

有时，熟则不分年段之。是经历，是心理，是思虑，是境也。
Sometimes, maturity doesn't depend on age. It's experience, it's psychology, it's thinking, it's realm.

我皆在长，皆在长大，皆在也熟。
We are all growing up, growing up and becoming mature.

但愿吾之长者道，多少温柔。

Just hope we grow up a little more gentle. 何为成？
