Misfortune at first glance is actually luck
Hard work will bring an unexpected and beautiful future to life, even if you understand this truth, but because there is a tendency in human nature to be good and bad work, so the idea of "work is annoying" and "it is best not to work" will pop up from time to time. Originally, if people are such an animal, if they let it go, they will be at ease, and they will always want to escape suffering whenever possible. This habit of pursuing happiness based on human nature, I think there is basically no difference between those of us who grew up in the war years and the young people of the modern era of peace and prosperity. The big difference between then and now is that in our time of compulsion, even if you hate work, the reality of the situation forces you to work hard. In Japan when I was young, the social environment was many times harsher than it is today. Like it or not, if you don't work hard, you won't even be able to eat.
In addition, it was difficult to choose your favorite job and find a workplace that suits your characteristics like this. At that time, we had no chance to choose a career, we could only inherit our parents' work unconditionally, or as soon as we had the opportunity to take up a job, we would do it first, no matter what kind of work. These situations were taken for granted at the time, and once you entered a company, it was not so easy to quit because public opinion did not support you to do so. That is to say, work, working continuously in a unit, has nothing to do with your own will, but with the needs of society, or your obligations. There is little room for personal discretion and selection in between. Such a thing seems unfortunate today, but in fact it may be a fortunate thing that is not known. Because, in the process of forced and hard work, people can unconsciously obtain the "medicine for all diseases" in life.
That is to say, even if you hate work but have to work hard, then in the process of hard work, your fragile mind can be tempered, your personality can be improved, and you can seize the opportunity of a happy life.
