解决办法：在活动监视器中强制退出java进程。如图2

查看失败日志，发现关键日志
“[] <main> ERROR: could not download
java.io.IOException: The directory: /Users/xxxxxxxn/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/obr/2.2.0.21, is currenly locked by another process: 18248
打开活动监视器，找到为java进程。退出该进程后，重新打开Transporter上传。上传成功
