简单联想倾向

女人很多时候一吵架就会从脑子里调出八百年前陈年往事数落男人，这种现象，我时常从我妈跟我爸吵架时候就能观察到。

非事实性因果关系联想，有时候也会导致某些次要因素被过分看中，从而引发不必要的情绪，从而做出错误判断。比如身边有些人觉得我阅读花时间太多，而没有其他娱乐爱好，他们无法理解有人喜欢自我折磨读枯燥文字消耗时间，如果读书时候把他们想法当成事实联想，我肯定没法安下心继续阅读。这种情况在刚培养阅读习惯的初期，我只能用理智假定他们是傻逼，从而自我强化自制力，一旦习惯神经回路养成，完全可以不去联想无关紧要的外界因素了。

简单联想倾向➕社会认同倾向，在人意志力薄弱状态时，可以产生灾难性后果。别人的各种观念信息被植入到大脑，这些信息观念，在不同的环境被简单联想激发出来，因为此时人更倾向于迎合环境，这些观念信息很容易直接应激性反应到情绪上的，无法通过理性过滤或者缺乏思考能力，最终导致愚蠢行为。

The tendency to be influenced by simple association. When women quarrel with men, women trend to remind unhappy things which happened many years ago. This phenomenon often appears again and again when my parents are in a brawl. Unrelated reality of cause & effect association will trigger over-valuation of indirect factors. That will cause fault judgement under twisted emotion. Another example for me is that some firends around me always think I spend too much time on reading. So that I don't have little time to have fun. They can't understand there's someone like me who takes a lot of time on tedious and monotonous reading. If I trends to associate what they think as a fact, I never read books in peaceful mind. But at the beginning l will be affected by such kind of association. In order to control my mind, I will ignore the association assuming that they are stupid. Once I get used to read books, I do what I want to do completely without twisted association. Simple association and social proof will cause disastrous consequence especially when you are on weak condition. Various mutual contradiction ideas will be filled with your mind. They will appear in your mind on different environments. People's mind and behavior trends to adapt to exact environment if you lose contol. Once you lose or lack sense, it will cause wrong behavior.
