iOS 开发者账号同意协议program License Agreement has been updated

Edit Phone Number

网上很多小伙伴 Edit Phone Number后依然显示这个提示

通过更改地区后再填写付款和配货就可以解决

但是有特例 比如说我

付款和配送无法选择国家 ，付款方式显示 PayEase 无法选择None

解决办法：

mac上打开iTunes store --》状态栏点击“账户”--〉点击“查看我的账户...”-->paymenType编辑一下 填写付款和送货信息，

回到apple id manager 上就可以更改地区了https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin

然后到开发者中心https://developer.apple.com/account/同意协议即可
