为什么想做猎头?
我找工作时最看重是这份工作能不能使我快乐。而我认为做猎头能够让我快乐,有三个原因:
1. Being a recruiter means that everyday is a different day which requires me to get out of my comfort zone and face challenges all the time. By meeting these challenges, I know I make progress and become better again.
2. 因为我的强项是韧性、人际敏感度强、擅于沟通,而刚好我的爱好是人,猎头将我的优势和passion完美结合,让我最大可能地do the flow, where is the state we're excited, we're engaging what we're doing, where it's much more than being "comfortably numb".
My strengths are resilience, empathy and communication skills and my passion happens to be people. Recruiter is the best job that I know and I may be capable of as it allows me to mate my strengths with passion and do the flow.
3. 我热爱自由,这一行是靠业绩说话,多劳多得,主要我完成KPI,就能有足够的autonomy和freedom。
Like Martin Luther King, I have a dream that one day I can make a difference and make the world a better place. You know, I can live in my dream by being a recruiter because every time I make a placement and close deal, I help the candidate reach his potential and my client find someone who can make positive contribution to his organisation.
Well, last and the most important is that I can gain freedom and autonomy as long as I hit the targets and bring value to the company.
(I love freedom and I know recruiter is a sales role, the more value I can bring to the company, the more money I can get and the more autonomy and freedom I'm empowered to. In other words, as long as I care about my clients and my candidates, and then I'll hit the targets, freedom followed.)
对招聘的了解
1. 甲方招聘是180度的,而乙方则是360度的,因此,我可以从双方面了解行业,积累人脉。
2. 招聘的最终目的是实现资源的最大效能,而我的角色就是这个intermediary。
3. 既然我选择从事招聘,那就意味着我选择了比较折腾的生活,因为无论甲方还是乙方,都要完成指标。既然选择了折腾,那就要折腾到底,所以我选择乙方。不然的话,我本科毕业就会去考公务员或者当一名英语老师,只要稳稳的幸福。
4. 作为360度猎头顾问,你会主要负责猎头招聘全流程管控,包括市场开拓、客户洽谈、候选人面试、候选人推荐、客户关系维护等。
对自己的了解
优势:
1. 韧性、人际敏感度、擅于沟通
2. 相关实习经历
3. 通过实践,知道了自己喜欢做什么以及擅长做什么,因此比很多人都坚定这一条职业道路。
劣势:
理想主义。
我的理想是make a difference。
我一直觉得只有在ngo,捐钱做义工才算是make a difference,后来在碧桂园实习时悟到,其实只要认真做好每一件事,真诚对待每一个人,就是make a difference。
然而,这也并不是那么容易做到的。
对Michael Page的了解

Michale Page 采用的是PS, 即proactive specialisation模式。proactive是指我们并非被动地等待客户的需求,而是主动地approach客户,而specialisation是指专攻某个discipline、funcation或者是industry,在这基础上形成自己的talent pool,一旦池里面有任何变动,我们便知道it's to be BD。
