When my boss assigns me a task, I should do it in a right way. Firstly, I need to make it clear that what my boss want and what I should do. Secondly, I need to know the deadline. I need evaluate the development cycle. Thirdly, I move my ass and go back to my seat. Use the TOWER to plan the project. Finally, drink a cup of water and start to work.
There are many steps, but I truthly believe that it is necessary. It will improve my work efficiency.
When I am working on the project, I should do it in a right way. Here are the examples. Writing the programs is never easy. Write down the program flow diagram before coding. Using the code to test the hardware. Make sure it is alright while I am coding.
