Recently I was so attractive so to watch the TV show the Exciting Offer. It is a Trueman-show that video eight starting their internship in a top law firm in Shanghai for one month. The top two students can have employment.
Eight of the interns in the show are the top students in China or study oversea. They are young, passionate, energize, good looking and diligent. It really hard to tell who can win at first. I was so curious about the current top young ages people how their attitudes for their career and how they facing high pressure during their working hours.
It also let me see how to learn, think, and be outstanding in an office among people. To be common and facing the same source is so easy. Only the people do other people cannot, it is a competitive advantage. A good leader or worker not only could learn. Master knowledge. But he/ she can apply the knowledge into practice. Most importantly they will think logically and presenting their thoughts very clear and communicate with others well.
How to present your strength to others is another important topic in the career. Showing your ability and be more productive if some area you are not similar to.
