飞鸟轻级:每组100,共300个
肩胸平推轻级:每组100,共300个
肩背轻级:每组100,共300个
2、臀腿:
大腿中轻级:每组100,共300个
小腿中轻级:每组100,共300个
臀腿各两种:每种两组,每组100,共400个
3、体验:
刚开始时因为略虚,就使用轻量级热身,练着练着就想尝试换一种玩儿法,想知道身体不在状态时到底可以达到什么状态。
于是进行了一番尝试,当训练感觉达到极点时,似乎要窒息了,周围的一切似乎同时暂停了,但耳边的一首歌还未播完,心里一瞬间十分清晰:
再来一个…来一个…来…
感觉还可以再冲一个,伴着酸痛似乎恢复了元气般练起了第n+1个,然后,后面的训练似乎没那么有气无力了,意识到原来力量同马拉松一样也有类似的"极点",当充血成功后,第一波极点也便就过去了,当不断提升力量时,极点便会适时出现,学会面对它,是一番不错的收获…

逼自己做的几件难事:其实没那么难

你得在你想赖床的时候强迫自己早起。

想成功你就得去这些难事,那些别人不做的事情,那些让你害怕的事情,那些会让想自己到底还能坚持多久的事情。
Those are the things that define you. Those are the things that make the difference between living a life of mediocrity or outrageous success。

The hard things are the easiest things to avoid. To excuse away. To pretend like they don’t apply to you。
