Good afternoon, children(aged 6-12)! Do you like doing the housework with your daddy and mummy? Do you like finding something new? Maybe your answer is yes, like sweep the floor, wash the dishes, tidy the bedroom....etc.

Today we will share a story 《The secret room》.

Biff and Chip are good children, they like the new house, they help Mum and Dad.

Mum puts wallpaper on the wall. Chip helps her. Dad paints the door. Biff helps him. And they help Biff choose the wallpaper Biff likes in the wallpaper shop. Then they work together to pull off the wallpaper. Suddenly, Biff finds a door. She pull and pulls but she cannot open the door.

Wow, that’s the secret door. What’s in it? All is curious.

Mum opens the door and they finds a room and a small house inside. They opened the small house, it looks like their house.

Later Kipper finds a small dog, too. It looks like Floppy.

And Chip finds three small children.

Biff likes her bedroom and she likes the secret room as well. Dad paints it and Biff puts it in her room.

Biff is happy and she sleeps at night and dreams about the three small children and their dog.

After the story, I believe the children will be very excited with the Biff’s finding in their new house.

In our daily life, there should be the similar things around us if the children like doing the housework. Sometimes, after my baby does some sweeping under the sofa, he often finds some old toys and coins. Sometimes the parts of his LEGO. That’s really surprising.

And in a family, if all the family members  are working hard on one thing, it will be solved easily and everyone could enjoy the good result after the hard-working.
