Children and teenagers who are in a important stage of growth need protain to keep them bones stout, which meet can provide enough protain for them. Altheletes also need meet to supply enough energy to keep them in a better status so that they can make good grades in competitions.If people just eat vegatables, they would be smaller and slimmer. Eating meat is a kind of people's original ability and parents want to their children grow stronger and are more anti-virus, they should probably let their chirldren eat more meet.
In conclusion, people need to eat meat to keep healthy in order to confront with the difficult environment.
