react native 下载很慢还老是失败
installing hermes-engine要等很久，我报了好几次错，可以参考https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/31505，手动下载包，然后执行HERMES_ENGINE_TARBALL_PATH="/Users/henry/Downloads/hermes-runtime-darwin-v0.70.0.tar.gz" pod install --verbose
具体方法就是在bash_profile 中配置HERMES_ENGINE_TARBALL_PATH 这个环境变量
react-native-artifacts-0.71.3-hermes-ios-debug.tar.gz 为RN 下载失败的包名
vim .bash_profile
export HERMES_ENGINE_TARBALL_PATH=/Users/xxx/Downloads/react-native-artifacts-0.71.3-hermes-ios-debug.tar.gz
source ~/.bash_profile
