I hope I can do something

When the whole house is power cutting

The world is drowning in silence

We don't have a candle to light

So we stay in the dark

I focus on my phone screen

Pretend that I have something to deal with

But actually my phone has lost signal

Somebody is talking about his worries

Somebody is comforting him

But I still watch my screen

I'm a bad listener and a comforter

I was trying to help

But I don't know where to start

I don't know whether I can use the appropriate words

I don't know whether I have the right opinion

I even don't know what kind of tone should I speak

Now five minutes passed

He came back to his normal

But I did nothing

I hope I can do something

But I did nothing

We still stay in dark

So I focus on the screen to write these down
