解决方法：
对于开发者，苹果提供了足够的过渡时间（你看我们的项目到现在才使用了New Build System），在Xcode9中，该构建系统没有设置为默认的构建系统，而在Xcode10中，苹果将该系统设置为默认的构建系统，Xcode13中，如果没有使用New Build System，则会报错了。我们可以通过Xcode->File->Project Settings/WorkSpace Settings->Build System在新旧构建系统之间进行切换
