凑数

今天又是自己年终总结的一天，评估别人，也评估自己。后悔设那么多KPO了，一条一条总结下来，累。不过到最后的summary部分感觉自己写high了，拷下来，凑数吧。

The past year has been a year of great opportunities and challenges. Thanks to both of you, for your full trust and support, I led the team to gain achievements and met the expected goals, and some even exceeded expectations. For example, we made Cell Press Beijing Conference happen although facing multiple internal and external challenges, creating a new model of cooperating with the government and hosting high level academic conference in China; The Lancet WeChat exceeded 100,000 followers, and about 15 WeChat messages were read more than 10,000 times, that means a powerful owned social media platform has established and it laid a solid foundation for future communications. But I think the biggest achievement in 2019 is that my team is constantly growing in their personal career, and they have gained self-worth in their work.

In fact, there are many areas for improvement in last year's work. For example, most of our focus in the first two years were on the brand and communications. How to develop more effective marketing approaches to bring more practical support to the business, such as increasing papers usage , registration rate of journal page and submission with online marketing; Communicate more seamlessly with colleagues in the UK/US Marketing Department and explore more collaborations, not only to support each other, but to achieve "win-win"; how to more clearly divide the responsibility within the team to achieve more efficient work; how to continue to expand cooperation with local partners (institutions/universities/hospitals) and leverage their resources to get more results with less effort. These are the shortcomings we have done, or where we have not had the opportunity to try, and are also the direction of our efforts in the coming years.

In terms of personal development, in this year, I better understand the scientific research and publishing industry, and have more cooperation and communication with colleagues within the company, and have a deeper understanding of the business strategy of the Lancet and Cell Press. This year, I have overcome many difficulties, solved many problems, and realized a lot of innovative ideas, but I still need to be more mature in my mentality, take the initiative to learn, understand the good ideas of the company and even learn from competitors to further improve work performance. With the expanded team together, I will be more confident to achieve more this year.
