I read 10 pages of Daily of a wimpy kid,The speed is getting faster. There is a feeling happy.

Think about how to restore confidence,I tell myself that I have to keep going.as long as I could live without sorry myself. 

步驟一：關掉所有字幕，一口氣看完第一遍

步驟二：打開中文字幕觀看第二遍，確認之前沒看懂的片段

步驟三：切換英文字幕，把先前沒聽懂的片段抄在筆記上，弄懂其意思

步驟四：在第三遍，反覆練習聽不清楚的片段，多次練習聽力&口說，直到不會結巴卡詞，完全跟上演員說話的速度

步驟五：完成第三遍後，關掉所有字幕跟著電影練習97次的聽力和口說，重點是要跟著複誦，來完成100次訓練
