今晚八点下班,感觉很累。
这周连着三天都是加班到八点左右下班,有些疲惫。年龄大了,人的精力果然大不如前了。
今天就少写一点吧,两个任务(写博客、写英语文章)合二为一。下面练习下最近学习的东西:
Almost all people feel stressed at work from time to time.
If you feel like you are burning out, you need relax, you need play, you need take a rest, or you can make yourself a cup of coffee or take a walk blow in the wind.
When you feel better after taking a break, you can pick up where you left off.
Just remember, stress happens to everyone. As long as you know how to manage it, you'll be fine.
