文件过大会导致该问题！
楼主使用的是mac的idea，windows设置应该大同小异，可以参考。
打开Finder->应用程序->右键IntelliJ IDEA.app->显示包内容->Contents/bin，打开idea.properties文件

把这一行调大即可。
