5. what do you think of a man doing a woman’s job and vice versa?For example,male nurses.

      everyone have choice. Woman have choice for their job ,they can do some man’s work, such as business , also man should have his choice for job.

      In my opinion, work regardless sex. we human shouldn’t think that some work must need women to do or some work must need man to do except some privacy work. We all know every one have his own interest, so how can we deny those who are doing something they like? In contrast,I will appreciate him. If a man really like kids, so they choose the job of male nurses, I don’t think his behave is wrong. Kids are so lovely，they can inspire your kind、imagination and so on, they can take you into another world, how happy for this! why should we think this just can  women do?

      In conclusion,  don't care about what other people really think of you, just do what you really like!

6. what should schools and parents do to promote creativity in children?

      Creativity means create new things.

      Actually,before creativity, children should have curious about things they don’t know. So the first thing schools and parents should do is that promote children to find some interest things. For example, when children ask question about some boring things, parents should be serious to answer children question. By this way  children can find what they like step by step. Also parents mustn’t force children to do something they really don’t like, or they will refuse to communicate with parents.

      School can’t care about every child carefully, so they require teacher have the power of acute analysis. school had better organize some activity for children, from this can find children’s way of thinking. The way of thinking is very important, teacher shouldn’t impose their idea on children, they can kill children’s creativity.

      If every children have find their interest and think by their own way, they can create new things.

7.what are the effective ways to stay creative?

      We all know creativity is very important for us not only in our daily life or work.

      However, how to stay creative is a problem for everyone to solve. Sometimes people work  on creative job,for their creativity is more important. Maybe I have some ways to help you stay creative.

      If you need stay creative all the time, you must  observe your surroundings carefully, maybe some small things can spire your imagination. If you think you are tired, just relax yourself, you can’t create something in a tired states. Oh maybe kids can give you inspiration, you can watch some movie or photo about kids, they can guide you to another world. Naturally, when you don’t confident with yourself, you can find some creative products, which can make you feel you have chance to go ahead. Also, reading is necessary, you can earn many things from book if you like.

       maybe everyone have his own effctive ways to stay creative. As long as you want, you can choose one to try.

8.Do you think star athletes are good role models for young people?What qualities should a great athlete have in order to be a good role model?

       For a star athletes, sports is the most important things because they love it. Manny young people very admire some star athletes and think they are good role models for themselves.It’s right? I think It’s right.

       In competition we can know a part of character about star athletes, we can  know if they have responsibility、if they are a good team member or if they deserve respecting. Maybe we can learn more news about star athletes through other media,such as family life. Surely we can distinguish good and bad, then we can choose the best one star we most like for the good role models. For many times, I can see many classmates get positive energy from their star athletes.

      I think it’s a good phenomenon as long as the star athletes have some qualities deserve our to imitate.
