今日的故事依然很长，且主角延续了上一个故事，还是Aeneas，讲的是他到达意大利之后发生的故事。
“Seek the cave of the Sibyl of Cumae," the prophet had told him. "She has deep wisdom and can tell the future. The Sibyle will know where you must go and what you must do once you reach your destined land."
之前先知告诉他，到达之后就去寻找女巫, the Sibyl, 因为她会告诉他接下来怎么办。他果然前往，找到Sibly之后他问：”我来到这里是为了了解更多自己的宿命。Jupiter命令我来到这片土地。我注定要建立一个伟大的帝国，可是我该怎么办呢？“
"I have come to you to learn my fate. Jupiter commanded me to reach this land. I am meant to create a great empire. But what am I supposed to do?" Aeneas asked.
Sibyl却说他必须去问他的父亲Anchises, 只有父亲知道答案。但父亲已经去世了，如何才能去地下找他呢？绝望的Aeneas请求Sibyl帮他，Sibyl于是说：如果你能找来金树枝，我就带你去地下。
“If you bring me the golden bough, I will take you to the underworld," the Sibyl crowed.
于是Aeneas动身前往寻找金树枝。
