During the course of human history,starvations has been always more important problems than overeating,which maybe show the sad fact“our weight would be likely to continue to go up rather than go down”. Weight rely on how much to eat and how much energy burned,what most people don’t realize is that hunger and energy use is controlled by brain. So, instead of over believing our willpower to insist on losing weight by controlling diary diet,we should follow our inner feelings to believe our starvations and then sit down to regular meals with our mindful. After all,it’s more simple to maintain and control our health by taking control of regular lifestyles,even if we can’t lose weight and keep it off.
