Nowadays, people like to justify their procrastination for they are chronic procrastinators. You do not always procrastinate. For example, you won't keep driving until you run out of your petrol. We are procrastinate by choice. Solving a problem earlier needs less effort. It's an easy and helpful system. To be honest, it's more comfortable that just take a minute one time than stimulate all things and spend half a day to solve them.
