发此音时，先将嘴型做成像发汉语拼音“u”或汉字“乌”的汉语发音状，但嘴略扁，上下唇微微噘起，只留一个小气孔，上下齿则微张，声带部分的肌肉略为紧张，振动声带。

练习感悟：

1./u/这个音感觉和/ʊ/的发音还是有点差别的，在慢速听的时候能够很明显地将他俩区分开。但如果遇到比较快一点的语速，可能不太能分清楚，这个时候只能看音标了。这么说的话，其实真的听出一个单词里音标，其实还是需要多多练习的。不然，换一个语速，就懵了。
