Depression
Nowadays more and more people suffer from depression because of the pressure of life.To survive in a highly competitive society like ours,people often have a heavy workload.Quite a few people are worried about being unable to finish their work on schedule.Business executives toss and turn all night because of some finial problems.Some students are concerned about examination results.In a word,a lot of people fall victim to depression because they don't find a proper way to release perssure.
Whatever the cause,the best way to deal with depression is to go see a doctor,especially when your case is a serious one.But if it is a mild case,you can do something about it.For instance,you may chat with your friend for unpleasant things or shout loudly on the top of mountain in the morning.Either way,it may help you relax and have a good mood.Don't bear pressure along.Your depression may get worse once you can't bear them any more.
