Tap [Account]----Tap [login now]---Tap[Create Account] --Key in your name--Key in your phone number or use your Email.

Tap [Account]----Tap [login now]---Tap[Log in] with your Email/Phone number

Can I change my user information?

You can change your username, profile icon, your country and residence.

If this doesn't solve your problem, please contact us.

App crashes

First ,try the steps below:

1. Restart your mobile phone;

2. Please ensure your Internet connection is stable

3.Please use the application without multi-tasking(restart your mobile and run the app while no other app is running at the same time).

4.Reinstall the app and log in again.

Forgot my password

To obtain a new password, please follow the procedure below:

1 In the [log in] page, tap [Forgot password], enter your e-mail address or phone number. 

Please enter the email address you used when you registered with AItrip.

2 We will send you an email with the subject "Password reset". Please reset your password using the URL listed in the mail.

3 After resetting the password, please login again in the [Account], tag[log in] to enter mail address or phone number and the password you have reset.
