今天在群里看小伙伴们讨论，学了个知识点，感谢

depend on 使用在非正式英语中时，一般会将on去掉

牛津高阶8版写的是，在非正式英语中，在what how whether 前使用depend 而非depend on

man 做动词时，意思为在..岗位上工作、操作（机器等）

suggest

suggest后不能接动词不定式，即to do sth.
只能是suggest doing sth.

suggest 某人干什么，要用suggest to sb. ，不能suggest sb.

有时可以加a，但只能是 a knowledge of sth.
