分类：6.1 Lacquers 涂料

分类说明：

This classification should be used for clear or colored synthetic organic coatings that typically dry to form a film by evaporation of the solvent.

The substances must be given in their final cured state - dried and without solvents. 

通过溶剂蒸发通常干燥后形成一层薄膜的各种透明或有色的合成有机涂层。 

物质必须以其最终固化状态（干燥且无溶剂） 给出。

举例：

Lacquers, paint涂漆, topcoat面漆, powder coating粉末涂层.

分类：6.2 Adhesives, sealants 粘合/密封剂

分类说明：

This classification should be used for adhesives, bonding agents, adhesion promoter and highly filled thermally or electrically conductive materials.  The substances must be given in their final cured state - dried and without solvents and hardener.  This classification should not be used for solders or complete textile adhesives tapes which consist of several materials.

这种分类应用于粘合剂、胶粘剂或助粘剂和高度填充的导热或导电材料。  物质必须以其最终固化状态给出-干燥，无溶剂和硬化剂。  这种分类不适应用于由若几种材料组成的焊料或完整的纺织胶带。  此分类不得用于由几种材料构成的焊料或纯织物胶布。

分类说明：

This classification should be used for materials used to protect underbody or junctions from corrosion, mainly consisting on a PVC basis.  The substances must be given in their final cured state - dried and without solvents.  This classification should not be used for anti-corrosion agents and waxes.

用于保护底部或接头免遭腐蚀的材料，主要由 PVC 基底构成。  物质必须以其最终固化状态（干燥且无溶剂）给出。  此分类不得用于防蚀剂和蜡。
