Be Yourself

     WJC Star TMC's Slogan: Be yourself, beyond yourself, for one another.
     In this sentence, I think first of all should be be yourself.
     Thousands of times we've been dreaming of being a another one. I'm not saying the other person that you want to be, but I'm saying the ideal you in you mind.
     One of the task during our growth is to accept ourself, whether it's good or bad, young or old. All of them are a part of us.
     Another one is to realize that there is no use to regret, or to think about a regretful issue over and over again - I should do this but not that. One of the most important things that made one's past valuable is that one can learn from it and scribe it in one's heart, and don't let it happen again.
     These experiences and introspections made who we are.

cut corners = find a shortcut to do sth.
