Following this pioneer work and its application to higher education institutions, Erika Sofıa Olaya Escobar et al (2017) focus our study on those factors that shape researchers’ decisions to engage in KTT activities and summarise the main findings from the existing literature, grouping factors into three main categories: intrinsic motivations, extrinsic motivations and university support and services. This paper is based on proself motivation, and there are also papers based on prosocial motivations Ana María et al ( 2016) and York(2016).

Entrepreneur rises from proself motivations to prosocial motivation by satisfing in physiological needs and (Maslow's hierarchy of needs), external stimulation including (branding theory), calling, Self-awareness Spontaneity, and also Sympathy (Personal character). and entrepreneur drops from prosocial motivations to proself motivation because of government support(including subsidy, tax reduction, funding and policy Guidance), poverty, and technical barriers.
