Today I made a great memory of being an interviewer in front of great people.
But It's been seven hours to experience the whole process. As the interview question is private so we need to stay inside after we responded. It's a good opportunity for me to find out how people are engaged in their work and have a plan to what they are going to do next.
Moreover ,it's definitely a good day with lovely people. Last year we went to another place to have an interview examination . The examiners are so stranged and without a word and a smile . It also cost each us several hundred rmb. No food offered. Instead, we had a excellent lunch today.it cost nothing. How a wonderful day!
A senior who is interested in what Ray Dalio said. I also was beneficial from reading what he wrote in principles which is an English original book taught by teacher Tian. You can read it by this teacher or by yourself if you are interested to learn how to be a good manager.
But you can't imagine whether you will get angry or not if a man always cut your words off in a public or in front of so many colleagues not including me because I prefer my opinions to be challenged by other great ones. But this phenomenon it had been typical present in their company where Dalio encourages people to challenge one another's views regardless of rank in what he calls a culture of radical transparency. He had no quals about this culture. Because he thought it's important to discuss when confusions arise openly even if that involved pointing out people's wrong opinions in front of other colleagues. Because he believes that the biggest problem that humanity faces is an ego sensitivity to finding out whether one is right or wrong and identifying what one s strengths and weaknesses are.
