When I am disappointed and irritated , I wanted to destroy everything,including this world.
When I am calm and at peace, I cherish every bit and piece, saving them from harm and destruction.
Why do I have to swing between the two points of the emotional pendulum? It’s because I am still subject to the influence of occurrences in the life.
In order to maintain a detached and caring mind, I need to practice Buddhism.
That way I shall cease to exist , nor will worldly matters matter any more. I can focus on my ability to deliver the whole universe from pains and falls, eternal
happiness to all.
