When she was in middle school, she was the leader of the class. Now she is a department manager at the middle school and has an influence on her colleagues. Encourages her colleagues to work harder and learn more about their careers.

A new colleague should be patient with students. The person should also study and gain some knowledge on the curriculum to be able to teach effectively. The teaching methods should also be adapted to the students' needs. The person should also make a plan for their career.

She listened attentively and then used his interests to guide him make a good and practical decision.

A good leader should love all the people in the company. A leader is also responsible for leading others and should be good at communicating.

Shows her family and friends facts about certain subjects and helps them make decisions.

Figuring out what a person's interest is very important. We should also pay attention to the specific field and what someone is good at. The environment and location are also important when making career decisions. If someone is working alone in a new city, they might feel isolated and lonely.

I think, first of all, we need to understand what we are good at and interested in. Find a job that we are interested in not just for survival. No need to change jobs frequently. Focus on one industry and grasp an opportunity when it comes.

How can you lead them to make own decision?

I need them to follow there heart to make their own decision.

    Using idioms

When we make a career decisions, first of all we need to follow our heart of what we like and don't like. We need to think twice before making other decisions. We need to look at the big picture of the industry to see if it is realistic for us to develop our career. We could take a calculated risk, if we are not sure, but need to try.

    Examples of idioms

    Follow your heart...

    Take a calculated risk...

    I've been doing some soul-searching...

I've been think long and hard...

What makes someone a bad leader?

    The leader, maybe indecisive.

They can't agree with their staff.

I think the first, the leader does not have a good personality. They strive for profits. They don't think about the workers. They need to keep his promise. The leader should be qualified in their position.

Describe a big decision. Who did you go to for guidance?

The big decision that I had to make was with a customer. It was difficult to communicate with making a decision.
