材料:嫩豆腐、大蒜、青椒、葱、小米椒、豆瓣酱、放料酒、生抽、盐、清水

Tips:嫩豆腐和老豆腐
老豆腐质地更紧密,组织更扎实,颜色发黄,不容易碎,口感更扎实一些,而嫩豆腐则细腻滑嫩,颜色洁白,质地更接近豆花,容易碎,口感上有一种入口即化的柔嫩感。
步骤:
大蒜、小米椒、葱切段,青椒切丝
