Life is not the problem you have to solve. You just have to understand the way you create things. And you have to see the way the existence funtions, between the ego and the reality. So we stop blaming anything anyone. And this is the essence of the single player.
Disconnect the link between your practice and being better.
The chain I have to be miserable, and so I need to meditate, so I will become happy. You should stop concentrating on your miseries. Any moment, there are always 2 people living inside you, your ego and your high self. You only need stop thinking yourself as a miserable being.
You are neither miserable nor happy. You are only there where you have to be. Where you are, you do what you have done.
You think always step by step.
Stop looking at yourself as a destroyed toy. This is the key.
"Thank you" practice. Shift the focus. The existence reacts towards the command that you are sensible or you are.
You take always everything with you. That you do not get rid of anything.
You do not do anything because you are miserable. You do things because it is the right thing. You can always go through yourself.
You don't need to crown your emotions.
