所以当他做事情做不下去的时候，会从网上搜索同样的事情，其他人的状况。如果别人也会有同样的状况，到最后都坚持下去，并取得了很好的成果，那么他就会自我暗示，既然别人可以，我也可以！
这种自我暗示，是一种正向的自我暗示，当你不能坚持一件事情的时候，想想同样是人，为什么别人可以做到的时候，你就可以找出做不下去的原因，并激励自己坚持自己正在做的事情。
