Today, I didn’t have lunch because I was too busy. My last class ended at 12:30, and I had an important appointment with the parents at one o’clock. Although I had time to grab some fast food, I chose not to because I was focused on the meeting. This appointment was crucial as it would determine whether their twin boys would start taking my class. I didn’t feel confident, so I prepared carefully.

During the meeting, the father asked me to test the twins, but I wasn’t prepared for a formal test. Instead, I asked them to introduce themselves after I introduced myself. I thought this would give me a chance to observe their English level. One of the boys asked questions, showing interest in the lesson, while his elder brother was quietly listening and didn’t talk much. Despite their different behaviors, both seemed attentive. In the end, the father rated my teaching well and decided to let both of his sons take my class. I’m relieved and excited about this new opportunity.
