昨晚读完了《了凡四训》电子书，悟出：但凡人的命都是有定数的，但是你可以通过后天的努力来改命。这就要你在日常生活中不断地去修自己的思想品德。特别是当你做善事时，心无杂念，一心只想着当下做的事，这样你就给自己积下了阴德。那个阴德是最最宝贵的，你这么好的人，连鬼神他都助你呢！要么是在你这一代身上，要么是在你的下一代身上，总能体现出来！这是真的！天地宇宙之间真有一个东西在为人们主持公道。
