十个方法让你走出抑郁不吃药

我走出抑郁症的经验,概括起来就是两个方面:

一、认知方式(大脑):不断地观察自己、接纳不完美的自己;

二、生活方式(行动):有了观察力、觉知力,就有了自控力,就可以在生活方式上做改变,饮食、运动、睡眠都可以更规律、健康。

所以在我看来,认知方式的改变是走出抑郁症的前提,而良好的生活方式也能增加觉知,缓解抑郁情绪,两者相辅相成。

Today is another day.

今天又是新的一天✨

心情不是人生的全部,

却能左右人生的全部。

心情好,才能一切都好。
