The dream of my overseas educati

Everyone has a dream when in childhood and teenagers.

In my teenagers, I dreamed of overseas education and becoming a scientist.

  When I started to secondary school in September 1976, just a few days, our great leader Chairman Mao passed away. Then the Cultural Revolution finished. Year's later came to Deng Xiaoping time. Then had a time so-called the Spring of science.

In that time, I read the novel The Second handshake. I hugely admired the main characters in the story who studied overseas become scientists and then came back to service the motherland.

Therefore, I was very interested in mathematics and studied hard at it and always got excellent scores for the exams.

But when I went to high school, I realised my Chinese was not good enough. I spent more time on that. Unfortunately, my Chinese getting better but the other subjects not good enough.

Finally, I failed my Gaokao. The overseas education lives only a secret remote  dream for me.

每个人在童年和青少年时期都有一个梦想。

在我十几岁的时候，我梦想着出国留学并成为一名科学家。

当我1976年9月开始上中学的时候，仅仅几天，我们伟大的领袖毛主席就去世了。然后文化大革命结束了。一年后来到邓小平时代。然后有一个所谓的科学之春。

在那段时间里，我读了小说《第二次握手》。我非常钦佩故事中在海外学习的主要人物成为科学家，然后回来为祖国服务。

因此，我对数学非常感兴趣，并且努力学习，总是在考试中取得优异的成绩。

但是当我上高中的时候，我发现我的中文还不够好。我在那上面花了更多时间。不幸的是，我的中文越来越好，但其他科目不够好。

最后，我的高考失败了。海外教育对我来说只是一个遥远的秘密梦想。
