配置Win32(Cmake得到)

DEBUG: opencv_world320d.lib
RELEASE:opencv_world320.lib
其中openCV3.2.0不含x86,需通过CMake编译。此处参考CMake编译opencv x86方法
如果不想自己动手,里面也有作者自己编译好的x86库,可自取。
