A lot of things would make us worry.But our worries can not change anything, just to make things worse.So how do we solve our fears?First ,I often think about the worst.But Things are often not so bad.I get some comfort from this thinking.Though I still worry.
The second step is that analyze all the bad happens and results.From the second thought, I get more comfort.In fact,I rarely do this.So I will worry about a couple days.Suggest you don't like I do.Don't skip this one .
The last step is so important.It is the core to solve the problem.that is Using your time and energy to solve the difficulties and problem you encounter.Try to find ways to reduce our loss.
Accept that fact is the first step to overcome the Followed by misfortune.
