Usually the third day is a challenge for building up a new habit. You can quite easily go through the former two days, which is fresh and diverting. Up to the following day, you will realize that it’s a kind of serious duty instead of an entertaining activity. If you stop your step, the frustration feeling will occupy your heart. While keeping on doing can be interrupted by lots of emergencies from the daily life. This time the willpower have to be invited to join in and play its fundamental role.
I myself suffered the dilemma of the habit challenge. To be continued or not is a problem. Before I clamed down to record these words, all the uncertainty had been fixed.
